2022 Quarter Shares & Weekly Room Rentals

General Info:
For 2022, we have three rooms remaining in our Memorial Day share.  We rent by room for double occupancy.  See images below for available weeks/rooms.  Please email us or use the contact form to inquire about pricing. Please email us or use the contact form to inquire about pricing.

What’s Included?
Occupancy for two persons in your room each week. You can share the lease with a friend or partner or bring someone new each week, but the second guest shouldn’t change mid-week.
All Utilities: electricity, water, high speed gigabit mesh wifi (fastest available ISP on the island!)
Shared costs: BBQ Gas, Pool & Spa service/cleaning, soda stream gas, cleaning products, hand soap, foil, etc. (We also have two ice makers!)
Turnover cleaning: you’ll still need to clean up after yourself during the week, do your own dishes, and clean the BBQ grill after use. but your room and the house will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your stay.
Linens, towels, beach gear: we have sheets/blankets/pillows for your beds, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and other gear here for you.

What’s not included?
Food — we usually share meal costs based on agreements in the group but meals and snacks are not included in the rental rate. For 2022, we expect to have a family dinner each night, but generally folks do breakfast , lunch and snacks on their own.
Drinks — we have a sodastream, drinkable water, and ice makers, but other beverages and booze are on you.

Who’s in the house?
I’m Brian and I will be in the house during your share, along with our 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier Freddy, and sometimes my husband Danny. We are in our early 30s and like to have a good time. We probably have mutual friends on facebook you can ask about us :-)
Our house does not discriminate based on gender or gender identity, nor by race or any other protected status. We are sex positive and you should expect to feel comfortable being yourself and being open.
We usually do dinner together and make a plan for other meals based on the group. I’m  happy to help with ordering and arranging deliveries.
Many of us don’t drink, but we are not a sober house.

Some basic rules:
Not an exhaustive list, but…
No smoking anywhere indoors or on any of the decks. Extinguish and dispose of all butts in a trash can.
Please leave crystal meth or any substance that will make you behave erratically, abusively, or antisocially at home. 
Any guest to any shared space on the property (upstairs, upper decks, pool, hottub) should be okay’ed by all your share mates in advance. It’s their space too. Any guest is your responsibility and anything they might do is on you to fix. 
All rooms have direct deck access, so if you’re having a hookup over, use your private door, keep them out of the rest of the house and shared spaces, and keep an eye on them— you’re responsible to replace anything they might take. They should only be using your bathroom or the outdoor shower. 

House Features:
4 Bedrooms, 4 full Bathrooms, heated pool, hottub, outdoor shower
First Floor Wraparound deck, two second floor decks, roof deck, fireplace
Well stocked kitchen: 2 ice makers, sodastream, nespresso machine, sous vide, air fryer, instant pot
Chef’s herb garden, BBQ Grill.

About the rooms:
All rooms have direct access onto the deck, a ceiling fan, personal AC & heat. 
The Rear Ensuite Room will have a king bed and a daybed for 2022 and has a private bathroom with shower. The room does not have a door into the main house, it is accessed only by the main deck.
The Blue Room and Wood Room will each have two twin beds that can also be made as a king. These rooms can use one of two shared bathrooms, one on the first floor, one on the second.
